I would like to share with you the story behind the wonderful company name of Every Breath Believe Your Special.

It was April 2008, I was turning 40 and I had great plans for my Birthday that weekend. It started wonderfully and the most amazing things happened that weekend. I still today can't understand why, but they happened and I'm just going to accept it with open arms. Then on the Sunday evening things turned sour. As like most women, we try to accept it and move on. Then at 2:35am Monday morning I awake with lots of thoughts going around in my head. I decided to get up and go to my office. There I sat and wrote these 5 words:

Every

Breath

Believe

Your

Special

Just like that, word under word and all starting with a capital - unusual I thought.

I then looked at photo on my wall of my eldest brother Ken who passed away in November 2006, there he was smiling back at me.

When I looked back at the words, I then realised that when your put all the capital letters together it reads EBBYS, which to my amazement is my nickname. When I was a baby my twin brother Christopher could not pronounce Elizabeth so he called me Ebby and that has been my nickname ever sinse.

I looked back at the photo of Ken with a wonderful smile and tears in my eyes and thanked him for his gift. My 40th Birthday was a weekend of emotional highs and lows, but he wanted to make sure that I never forgot how very special I was.

Therefore I changed my Company name to Every Breath Believe Your Special and have embroidered this wonderful statement on the base of every baby wrap. The reason is - To remind every Mum how very special SHE is and every time she puts her beautiful baby to bed, by saying these simple and powerful words will mean to world to both.

Being a Mother is a wonderful thing and also the hardest job in the world. We often forget how wonderful WE are and so with a little help from me to you please remember - You Are and Always will be SPECIAL.
